GetSilverBenefits was built by James Robinson, a New Jersey-based consultant with over 25 years working in the senior care ecosystem. Since 1998, James has worked directly with seniors, caregivers, and care organizations across New Jersey — and currently serves as marketing consultant for Vitality Healthcare, a home health agency serving seniors across Union, Essex, and Bergen counties.
Working alongside care coordinators and families navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and state benefit programs every day, James saw the same problem repeat itself: seniors who qualified for thousands of dollars in benefits — PAAD, Medicare Savings Programs, SNAP, VA Aid & Attendance — had no idea those programs existed, or assumed they wouldn't qualify.
